LGPS Central confirms two new appointments to its executive team

LGPS Central has confirmed the appointment of two new members of its executive team; Nicola Dymond and David Kane.  

Dymond comes in as the pool’s new chief operations and technology officer, and joins from her role as chief operating officer at the Church Commissioners for England. Prior to this, she has held senior executive roles at Railpen and SEI Investments.  

In her new role, Dymond will oversee LGPS Central’s technology and operational functions, and play a central role in strengthening operational resilience, driving innovation, and improving efficiency across the business.  

Kane, meanwhile, will be taking on the role of chief finance officer (CFO), following his period as the pool’s interim CFO. He has been at the organisation since its launch and has played a central role in establishing strong financial management, governance and cost control as LGPS Central has grown.
