Clair Alcock to chair new PASA public sector working group

The Scheme Advisory Board’s secretariat Clair Alcock has been announced as the chair of the Pension Administration Standards Association’s (PASA) new public sector working group.  

The group, formed with LPPA chief executive Joanne Darbyshire as its board sponsor, will create a dedicated forum for the public sector pensions community to exchange knowledge, explore shared challenges and identify where the PASA can provide practical support.  

Its work will focus on some of the biggest issues shaping public sector administration – including data and digital, member experience, governance and operating models, resilience, procurement, regulatory change and member communications.  

Its establishment comes during a period of increasing operational and regulatory complexity across public sector schemes, data quality and digital administration challenges, and ongoing remedy implementation and regulatory change.
